Comparing the 2 main personas from Golding's Lord in the Flies, Plug and Ralph, we make an effort to understand the accurate sense of Ralph's purity which was stifled on the island, as well as the innocence inside Jack which had been dropped way just before his introduction on the island.
Golding presents the genuinely innocent persona of Rob as the storyplot begins and the young boy is chosen to lead the boys underneath him to a good lifestyle on the island and a hopeful rescue in the future.
