Planck has contributed to theoretical science, but his biggest is the discovery of quantum physics. For this, he won a Nobel Prize. He was a specialist in the field of physics. Albert Einstein and Max Planck formed the basic theories of physics in the 1900s. Planck was a descendent of a knowledgeable, intellectual family too. Planck went to Berlin to study in 1877.
